TEAM ADMIN FORM
Complete this form to establish yourself as the team admin for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming. The team admin is responsible for submitting all credential information for competing athletes, coaches and team support. All participants must be properly credentialed to access the competition venue.

After submitting this form, you will receive an email with a link to your teams home page to start the credential process. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

We strongly encourage you to start the credential process early and that ALL POSSIBLE qualified athletes get added. Credentials can easily be cancelled prior to the event.

Large teams can have separate admins for Men's and Women's teams but each admin should complete the form separately and input a unique club name i.e. Team A - Men and Team A - Women.
VOLUNTEER FORM
Greetings, 2020 Visit Omaha Cup & Olympic Swim Trials Volunteers! All volunteers that are selected to be on the Volunteer Team for these events will need to be properly credentialed to access areas of the venue necessary to perform each committee’s specific function. MEDIA FORM
The U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming, set for June 4-7 (Wave I) and 13-20 (Wave II), 2021, in Omaha, Nebraska, will feature the nation’s top swimmers as they compete to secure a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.

Due to the ongoing effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic, media access on-site at the Trials will be reduced. Further details will be provided in the coming months.

For media credential consideration, please complete the online application no later than Friday, April 30, 2021*. Once your application is received, we will send you an email notification of your successful credential request submission. Please note that this email does not guarantee accreditation, it serves to notify you that your request has been received. Credential confirmations will be sent on Friday, May 7, 2021.

USA Swimming will hold pre-meet press conferences with select Wave II qualified swimmers on June 11, 2021. Please be sure to consider the dates of the pre-meet press conferences when planning your travel.

Media will be required to follow all event health and safety protocols, to include, but not limited to, providing proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival to the venue, the wearing of masks, and proper social distancing.
